Daniel Hall
Founder & CEO
Focus Capital Partners was founded by Daniel Hall following more than two decades spent working in law, investigations, intelligence and asset recovery.
Daniel spent more than a decade at Burford Capital, where he served as Co-Head of Asset Recovery, Co-Head of EMEA and Managing Director. During that time he managed enforcement investments that resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of recoveries across a broad range of jurisdictions.
Prior to Burford, Daniel founded Focus Intelligence, a specialist recovery and business intelligence firm that was acquired by Burford Capital. Earlier in his career, he qualified as a solicitor with Stephenson Harwood before moving into the corporate intelligence sector, specialising in asset tracing, debtor investigations and cross-border recovery strategies.
