Focus Capital Partners invests in asset recovery situations: providing capital to clients with judgments, arbitral awards, NPLs and other distressed debt situations.
Our objective is to create flexible solutions that help realise value while preserving alignment of interests.
Clients do not need to arrive with a recovery strategy or a detailed understanding of the debtor's assets. In many cases, identifying the recovery opportunity is an important part of our investment process.

We work in three ways
Acquire
Focus will acquire a judgment, award or debt exposure outright.
The client receives immediate liquidity and Focus assumes responsibility for pursuing the recovery.
Partner
Some clients prefer to retain an interest in the outcome.
In these situations, Focus can provide some capital today and finance the enforcement campaign, in exchange for a share of the recovery.
The client can realise some value immediately while retaining potential future upside.
Fund
Where a client wishes to retain ownership and maximum possible future economics, Focus can provide just the capital and expertise required to pursue the recovery.
The client only achieves liquidity at the end of the process.
